Launching a Digital Payments Company (2024)
Led the technology buildout of a new payments business for West Africa's fifth-largest bank. Architected its payments infrastructure, secured regulatory licensing, and recruited and scaled an 80-person organization.
Building an AI-Powered Agriculture Platform (2025)
Developed the go-to-market strategy for an AI-enabled agriculture platform at Oracle. The platform was designed to combine geospatial data, weather forecasts, and historical yield records to forecast crop yields and assess weather-related impacts.
Modernizing a Fortune 5’s Legacy Infrastructure (2020)
Led three delivery pods rebuilding the claims underwriting platform for a Pharmacy Benefits Management organization (PBM). The modernization replaced legacy mainframe systems with a modern Java-based, web-enabled architecture.
Pioneering Cloud-Based Media Distribution (2010)
Lead developer building an early cloud-based digital content delivery platform for a major film studio. The platform replaced physical media distribution with on-demand video transcoding, caption generation, and digital delivery to global partners.
Building a Real-Time Pricing Engine for an Online Retailer (2019)
Led a development team to build out the dynamic pricing platform for a leading online diamond retailer. The platform enabled prices to respond in real time to competitor activity and changing market conditions.
Reimagining Digital Banking in Northern Africa (2021)
Led delivery pods as part of a larger digital factory, building consumer mobile banking applications for one of Egypt's three largest retail banks. Redesigned customer journeys for digital account opening, lending, and everyday banking.
